Taxes

Delivery and Revisions

Project Timeline

Project timelines are agreed upon before work begins and are subject to:

Revisions

Revision policies vary by service package:

• Basic Package: Up to 2 revision rounds included
• Standard Package: Up to 4 revision rounds included

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Kanchan Education Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

• We do not guarantee specific grades or academic outcomes

We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Project cancellation before substantial work has begun
• Failure to deliver agreed-upon work within the specified timeline
• Significant deviation from agreed project scope without client approval
• Technical issues preventing service delivery

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of project completion or cancellation. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain fees are non-refundable, including:

• Consultation fees for initial project assessment
• Administrative fees for project setup
• Third-party processing fees
• Work completed before cancellation notice

Termination

By You

You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. Termination fees may apply based on work completed.

By Us

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You fail to provide required information or payments
• Project requirements violate academic integrity standards

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of completed work. We will provide all work completed up to the termination date.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved as follows:

Informal Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably through direct communication.

Formal Resolution

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through:

• Mediation through a mutually agreed-upon third party
• Arbitration in accordance with Nepalese law
• Courts of competent jurisdiction in Rupandehi District, Nepal

All legal proceedings will be conducted in the English language and governed by Nepalese law.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior toward our staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services to promote academic dishonesty

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kanchan Education Center, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Academic misconduct related to our services

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of our services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Rupandehi District, Nepal.

You hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kanchan Education Center regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
